Scheduling support calls

Please use the app on the bottom of this page to schedule a support call with our team. After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a calendar invitation via email to the address you provided, from the member of our team who will be calling you.

The caller ID may reflect a 270-226-1000 number when we attempt to reach you.


After providing your email and selecting a time on the second page of the call scheduling tool, you will be directed to a third page that asks for your name, phone number and additional details before you may book your call. Select Confirm at the bottom of your screen to finalize your call appointment.

If you do not see Confirm or it appears greyed out, you may have to scroll down the page further – all required fields must be completed before the Confirm button will allow you to submit.

Self-Service Chat Email
Access 24/7 support resources on our Help Center. This is the best place to start for general questions. Chat is available in the Choice app 24/7 on the Settings page under Help. Select Contact Support, then Send us a message to launch a new chat session.

From Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Central time, live representatives are also available in chat.
