Scheduling verification calls
Please use the app on the bottom of this page to schedule a verification call with our team. After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a calendar invitation via email to the address you provided, from the member of our team who will be calling you.
Please note: We will only call the primary phone number listed on file for your account for scheduled verification calls. The caller ID may reflect a 270-226-1000 number when we attempt to reach you.
Troubleshooting
After you select a time on the first page of the call scheduling tool, you will be directed to a second page that asks for your name, email address, phone number and additional details before you may book your call. Select Confirm at the bottom of your screen to finalize your call appointment.
If you do not see Confirm or it appears greyed out, you may have to scroll down the page further – all required fields must be completed before the Confirm button will allow you to submit.
Other ways to verify
You may also call us from Monday through Friday, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Central time at 888-753-6972 and press #8 at any time during the recorded message to verify your request.
We kindly ask that you only use this phone line for verbal verification requests so that we may keep hold times at a minimum for all clients. Our agents will not be able to assist with general inquiries or other support matters on this line.
